To add an item you wish to purchase, please click on the "Add" checkbox against that item, to add multiple quantity, type the quantity you want to purchase in the "Qty" text box available against each product. Then click "Add to Cart" button. To view all the items you have selected click "View Cart" button.

You can always modify the quantity & also can remove the product in the later pages before making the payment.
