	A.What I liked: (Please read till end for "did NOT like" too) 1.Reasonably good service for e-shopping. 2.Availability of even the VCDs which I had been looking for past so many years and couldn't get anywhere else despite extensive net search. 3. Provision for the service named "Kuch Bhi on Request". 4.Quick delivery through a very efficient courier servive(ARIMAX). B.What I did NOT like : 1.No communication/display about the order status till a query made after three days of confirmed online payment. 2. No mention on the web site regarding non availability of a product at the time of order.Thus the customer pays in advance for something actually not available in stock and then tries desperately to get back the payment for unhonoured orders. ALL FEEDBACKS HAVE HIGHLIGHTED THIS SHORTCOMING ! 3.No communication/display about the courier details to help online/local level consignment tracking. The provision is there on the website but the columns remained blank throughout. 4.No communication regarding refund of payments. 5.No feed back/communication on own regarding orders booked in "Kuch Bhi on Request" 6. No provision for a wish list/basket for a customer's account where the customer can put/store products temporarily today for future orders.( MOST WANTED ).
