I was disappointed that for the order placed for 3 VCD's i received only two.I was told that the amount paid would be refunded but what is the use ? If the product was unavailable it should have been certified so but that was not done.Atleast a reply in courtesy to my request should have come.That too is missing.Kindly spruce up your customer care and do the needful because first impression is the best impression.
