Q. 1) Do you deliver flowers on Sunday/Public Holiday?
A. 1) No we don't deliver flowers on Sunday / Public holidays
Q. 2) Do you accept specific time delivery order?
A. 2) We don't accept specific time delivery order and are not able to or guarantee a delivery time. But your flowers will be delivered on the date specified
Q. 3) Can I customize my order?
A. 3) We are not able to process special customized order request. Please choose products from our online catalogue.
Q. 4) Do you have Midnight Delivery?
A. 4) Yes,we have Midnight Delivery for certain products.Please select "Midnight" option in the "Shop by Arrangement" column on the left side of the Webpage.
Q. 5) What payment types do you accept?
A. 5) We accept online payment payment [VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB, Online Fund transfer to Major India banks, Paypal] as well as offline payment [DD, ATM drop box Cheque]
Q. 6) How can I know my order has been delivered to recepient?
A. 6) All customers are notified with a confirmation email within 24 hours after the order has been delivered to the recipient. And also you can check the status of your order at our website.
Q. 7) Do you guarantee to deliver fresh flowers?
A. 7) FloraPetals guarantees that it's flowers and plants will be fresh for at least 5 days after delivery.
Q. 8) General Delivery Policies
A. 8) Monday - Friday: Orders placed before 12.30pm in the recipient's time zone can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after this time can be delivered on the next available delivery day
Saturday: Orders placed before 10.30am in the recipient's time zone can be delivered the same day, orders placed after this time can be delivered on the next available delivery date.
Sunday: : Because most florists are closed on Sundays, your order will be delivered on Monday.
