I am not happy with the service that I have been provided up to this point. I hope that my comments will make the service better. I am located in USA and placing calls to Mumbai and checking and rechecing the status of my order is just not convenient! I had to place calls as I did not receive any feedback regarding my order. No feedback regarding availability or non-availability of the movies either! This is confusing to say the least.
