We do not accept returns because you feel the picture quality is not acceptable to you. DVD / VCD have varying picture quality due to the quality of the original print and how the transfer is made.

We use best courier service and pack the product in bubble pack so there is no issue with damaged in transit. But if in rare circumstances such damage happens we will replace with new items.
