A. 4) All the DVD / VCD we sell are original & manufactured by the right holder of that movie, we are just a reseller. If the DVD / VCD you have purchased do not work for any manufaturing defect, please send it back to us, we will send a new copy of the same movie along with your next order.

We do not accept returns because you feel the picture quality is not acceptable to you. DVD / VCD have varying picture quality due to the quality of the original print and how the transfer is made.

We use best courier service and pack the product in bubble pack so there is no issue with damaged in transit. But if in rare circumstances such damage happens we will replace with new items. Any such issues needs to be reported within 2 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we will pay for reshipping the item back to you.
