I asked them if they can't send those, they should contact me so that I can substitute other movies so as not to waste courier charges. They did contact me and allowed me to substitute. Not only that, they sent the CDs first and then they asked me to pay the balance as the substitution involved me having to pay Rs.20 extra.
I'll always come to them as they have very good collection of old movies which one can't find these days.

We do not accept returns because you feel the picture quality is not acceptable to you. DVD / VCD have varying picture quality due to the quality of the original print and how the transfer is made. |
